2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at hello@qalamui.dev with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Eligibility
All purchases made within the last 30 days are eligible for a refund. This applies to all license types (Personal, Commercial, and Extended) and all templates. There are no partial refunds — refunds are always for the full purchase amount.
4. After the Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license is revoked and you must remove the template from all your projects. You will no longer have access to template files, updates, or support. Continued use of a template after a refund constitutes a violation of these terms.
5. Exceptions
While we aim to honor all refund requests within the 30-day window, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, or if we have evidence that the template files have been distributed to third parties.
6. All Access Bundle
The All Access Bundle is also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you purchased the bundle and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days. After a refund, access to all templates included in the bundle is revoked.
