This License Agreement outlines the terms under which you may use templates purchased from QalamUI. By purchasing and downloading a template, you agree to abide by the terms of the license you select.

Personal License

You CAN

  • Use in a single personal project
  • Use in portfolio or personal website
  • Modify and customize the template code
  • Access to source files (Vue, TypeScript, CSS)

You CANNOT

  • Cannot be used in client projects
  • Cannot be used in SaaS or commercial products
  • Cannot be redistributed or resold
  • Cannot be sublicensed to third parties
  • Limited to 1 developer

Support: 6 months of free updates and community support

Commercial License

$149

You CAN

  • Use in unlimited personal projects
  • Use in client projects (freelance or agency)
  • Use in SaaS products with up to 5,000 end users
  • Modify, customize, and adapt the template code
  • Access to source files (Vue, TypeScript, CSS)
  • Up to 5 developers in your team

You CANNOT

  • Cannot redistribute as a template or theme
  • Cannot resell the template itself
  • Cannot sublicense to third parties
  • SaaS usage limited to 5,000 end users

Support: 12 months of free updates and priority email support

Extended License

$499

You CAN

  • Use in unlimited projects (personal, client, commercial)
  • Use in SaaS products with unlimited end users
  • White-label usage allowed (remove QalamUI branding)
  • Modify, customize, and adapt without restrictions
  • Access to source files (Vue, TypeScript, CSS)
  • Unlimited developers in your organization

You CANNOT

  • Cannot redistribute as a template, theme, or UI kit
  • Cannot resell the template source code itself
  • Cannot sublicense the template to other companies

Support: Lifetime updates and dedicated email support

General Terms

All licenses are perpetual \u2014 once purchased, you may use the template indefinitely according to your license terms, even after the update period expires. However, you will no longer receive new updates after your update period ends unless you renew.
